This is fun (and I can't quite explain why). One thing: sometimes, some sides of the cube are not loading, i.e. no video plays and it remains black, even after quite a while. I noticed this when preparing and sharing cubes. It happened with embeddable videos, too.
One thing though, I'm unable to save/share my vid. Tried in Safari and Firefox.

Philipp: the server is getting hit pretty hard so there have been a lot of errors happening related to this. I need to add a bit more error checking inside the Flash so that it tries again when a video fails to load. In the meantime, i recommend refreshing the page... seems like the videos sometimes get cached so it loads everything up speedier on the refresh.
Unnecessary Umlaut: That is curious... I developed it using Safari in OS X 10.5 and I tested with Firefox so that is strange. Where does it get hung up?

Nice work YC...Cute & Cool project...I linked it to Stumbleupon...When you do a search on google youcube gets mixed up with youtube especially when doing a search for say youcube + name of the cube...can't find anything to link to from search...

The only thing that I think it needs is some sort of a way to pause everything, or at least silence it.
